Hakan Sümer came in first in 4^th Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition with film named ‘Sonuç (Result)’.

4^th Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition, which was organized with cooperation of Forum Mersin, and Mersin University and that witnessed great excitement with participation of 237 works of 226 film-makers, was concluded. Hakan Sümer came in first with the film named ‘Sonuç’.

Award ceremony of the competition was held with presentation of Vatan Şaşmaz on May 30^th, on Saturday in Atıf Yılmaz Square of Forum Mersin AVM.

Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition that was organized fourth times this year in the memory of Atıf Yılmaz, master director of Turkish cinema, was concluded with a premiere. Mersin Deputy Governor Eyüp Sabri Kartal, Actress Deniz Türkali, Head of Culture Department of Mersin Metropolitan Municipality Aşkın Günay, Provincial Culture and Tourism Manager of Mersin Bahaeddin Kabasakaloğlu, Mersin University Communication Department Deputy Dean Senem DuruelErkılıç and many participants attended the premiere that was held in Atıf Yılmaz Square of Forum Mersin.

3^rd Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition, which was organized with cooperation of Forum Mersin, and Mersin University and that witnessed great excitement with participation of 215 works of 192 film-makers, was concluded. Derya Durmaz came in first with the film named ‘Ziazan’.

Award ceremony of the competition was held with presentation of Nefise Karatay on May 10^th, on Saturday in Atıf Yılmaz Square of Forum Mersin AVM.

Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition that was organized third times this year in the memory of Atıf Yılmaz, master director of Turkish cinema, was concluded with a perfect premiere. Mersin University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Yüksel Özdemir, Mersin University Communication Faculty  Deputy Dean Prof. Senem DuruelErkılıç, Mersin University Communication Faculty  Radio, Cinema and Television Department Head Ass. Prof. Dr. Hakan Erkılıç, Cinematography  Director Mehmet Aksın, Music and Fine arts Department Head of  METU Academic Thomas Balkenhol and many participants attended the premiere that was held in Atıf Yılmaz Square of Forum Mersin.

Award ceremony that was waited excitedly was held in Forum Mersin. Winner of 2^nd Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition was Enes Yurdaün with film named ‘Yüksük’. 2^nd Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition that was organized with cooperation of Forum Mersin and Mersin University and that witnessed great excitement with participation of 166 films of was concluded.  Enes Yurdaün was the winner with the film named ‘Yüksük’.

Award ceremony of the competition was held with presentation of Nefise Karatay on May 4^th, on Saturday in Atıf Yılmaz Square of Forum Mersin AVM.

Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition that was organized second times this year in the memory of Atıf Yılmaz, master director of Turkish cinema, was concluded with a magnificent premiere.

Mersin University Communication Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Ünsal Yetim, Communication Faculty Deputy Dean Prof. Dr. Senem DuruelErkılıç, Communication Faculty Radio Television Cinema Department Head Ass. Prof. Dr. Hakan Erkılıç,  Director Sevilay Demirci and many participants attended the premiere that was held in Atıf Yılmaz Square of Forum Mersin.

The winner of Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition was Rezan Yeşilbaş with film named ‘Sessiz’ in Cannes Film Festival.

Big award ceremony of the competition, which was organized by Forum Mersin and in which 142 film makers attended with 158 films, was held with presentation of Nefise Karatay on May 26^th, on Saturday in Forum Mersin Atıf Yılmaz Square.  City protocol, competition jury and invitees rushed into Short Film Competition that was organized for the first time by Forum Mersin that makes its mark frequently thanks to support it gives for art in the memory of master director Atıf Yılmaz who was born in Mersin.

Competitors who deserved right to receive prize in the premiere night in which emotional moments were experienced were given prizes.

6 thousand TL for the winner of Atıf Yılmaz Short Film Competition.

The award ceremony of Atıf Yılmaz Short Film competition that was organized witj presentation of Nefise Karatay in Forum Mersin started with a short introduction film consisting of scenes taken from works of the master director.
